Professor Otto is a hyperactive and scatterbrained scientific experiment come to life, his form is made of ink and he can shapeshift into any appearance as long as it's the same general density as him!

-He often forgets details of the forms he takes such as the number of fingers a human hand is supposed to have

-Works as an assistant for his inventor Dr. Stone! Whom he's also quite infatuated with

-Shifting into a physical form takes conscious effort, and when under intense emotion the more likely he is to start deteriorating and 'melting' in a way

-Is unfazed by Stone's more-than-questionable morals, a consequence of living solely in a lab
