The second youngest son in a family of 7 brothers and 1 little sister, Penbob is a young traveler who left his home at age 7 to travel the world of Kranarus. He reigns from the most forested region of the islands of Bhuktar, and is endlessly determined to keep going. With seemingly no plan in mind, he set foot into the dense forest of Sko'Gen to return as soon as he had seen it all, according to his mother. Whether it will take one year or 10, Penbob will keep exploring and turn every stone in his path solely for his own excitement.

Penbob has ever only spoken a few words to his mother and father, his first word ever being Travel. As a blue duckling, his family does not migrate and has lived in the mountains for decades. At age 7 he packed his bags, fishing rod and put on his worn-down raincoat to explore the vast world that is Kranarus...

• Penbob is mute and only ever talks like a duck would, with an occassional wheeze.
• He is fine on his own, really.
• He loves fishing, but only what he needs.;
• Since he is so small, he finds snow to be troublesome to explore through. He does not like snow at all.
• He's a great climber and will camp in every crack in a mountain to reach the top.
• Afraid of lightning, for good reason while living in a deeply forested area.
• His favorite food is homemade bread. However his stomach can't handle it and gets upset. He will still sneak as much bread in him as physically possible though, who's gonna stop him?
• Enjoys strolling through the rain and jumping into water puddles.
