Pippin

Pippin is a member of a Magical Society with skills in chronomancy. He is able to travel through time as well as manipulate it by either speeding things up or slowing them down. It is rare for him to travel through time because it's a dangerous practice, and can become very confusing for the time traveler. He relies on a pocket watch that tells him what time and date he was originally at when he left as well as the new time and date that he's arrived in. Pippin relies heavily on this watch, and it is always on his person be he in human or dragon form. He gets excited easily, and it's hard to keep track of him.
