Personality: Serious but soft-hearted, Vitus love creatures both great and small and hates having to slay them. He loves studying Aether and Healing, though he regrets that he has not the knack for either - he assists Hjalmar when he can, instead. Protective, loyal, and fairly quiet despite a sort of madness of zeal that lurks beneath. Rumor is he has a great singing voice, but he doesn't share it often. Would like to be vain but is quite self-conscious of his body, instead admires Hjalmar's fashion choices instead. Has a weakness for Ishgardian men. Feels things intensely, doesn't show it.

History: His family spent most of their time out to sea, though he lost most of them in the Calamity. Grew up taking care of his disabled mother while he learned magic alongside Hjalmar, not wanting to be thought of as a stereotypical Roe meathead. He wasn't very good at that, however, and after his mother's passing and with Hjalmar's encouragement, went on to train with more tanky classes, which, despite his distate, fit him considerably better.
