TERMS OF SERVICES

Not following my TOS will result in a warning. The second time they are broken, you will be greylisted for up to three months. If you break them a third time, you will be blacklisted.

By receiving a character from me, you understand and accept my TOS.

You may not sell a design of mine for more than it’s value. You must have added art on it in order to resell for higher than it was obtained. The value of added art is entirely dependent on the artist’s own TOS.

A design of mine is entirely free for redesign. However, it must still resemble my original design. Specie, color, etc are entirely free to change, but do not make the character’s redesign entirely different from my design. At that point, just make a new character profile.

Contact me before deleting one of my designs. I would prefer that they aren’t deleted, and that we can talk before they are deleted!

If you are leaving Toyhouse or deactivating your account, please return my designs to me, or at least rehome them.

If one of my designs has a set value and it is given to another person for free, the design still retains it’s prior value.

I remove all information from characters when transferring them or putting them UFO. I have whole and entire right to any and all information they previously had. You only own the design, I only own the information.

My designs can only be used in NSFW/provocative/sexual sources if the character is an adult (18+) and you are also an adult (18+).

My designs can not be used in any form of hate speech or romanticization of such. My designs can be characterized with paraphillias etc on the basis that they are negative depictions and are not romanticizing them.

My designs can not be used or depicted in feral porn/zoophillia under any circumstances.
