Sulfur

Some are positively terrified of Sulfur, and by looking at him, it's not difficult to guess why. Despite his short stature, he seems to naturally command respect through intimidation, infamous for swearing every other word, the fact that you can smell him before you see him, a bad smoking habit, and a fiery temper (and weird touchiness about his masculinity) which often gets him into fights. Him openly being a satanist doesn't really help either, given how everyone seems to get the wrong idea, even if it's mostly just a philosophy that puts an emphasis on earthly life and treating others as you would be treated. One starts to really guess there's something up when finding out he's part of the Life Crew, and especially his unlikely associated power, which happens to be minor healing abilities. (These include mending surface cuts without scarring, allowing larger injuries to heal faster if properly treated, as well as preventing or diminishing bacterial infection.) Throughout history, he's put this to use mainly as a military medic.
Apparently every team needs that one member who acts as the glue holding it together, and if that's the case then Sulfur is probably the closest that the Life Crew has, a one-man support system that doesn't pick favorites and looks out for each member. He doesn't exactly always prevent conflict, see, a good fight clears the air anyway, but he's there afterwards to help reconcile. Though he's careful to hide his soft side, Sulfur is highly empathetic and sensitive for his rough appearance, as well as intensely protective; besides his abilities, he's even figuratively a healing presence. He's a very physical person in every way, in tune with his senses and particularly tactile in his relationships, by which I mean he's usually the one to randomly hug someone or pull them into his lap when just hanging out... he's a big cuddler. You wouldn't know this if you're just a passing acquaintance, though. It's as if he's ashamed of it, or just afraid to seem vulnerable.
