About

The younger brother to Jackson.

As the younger son who was always sick and weak he was usually kept inside and kept an close eye on. As he and his brother were close they spend the most time together. Thusly it went without saying that Jacob trusted Jackson endlessly, telling him about the pain he was in and the wings that were growing from his back. Not wanting to risk being throw out about this the boys managed to keep it a secret.

Things turned sour though as Jackson became of age and was drafted into the army. While he spend a few years in the army his brother at home was heart-broken, unable to cope over the loss of his brother he was so close too. While Jackson was away he started to go to a small church outside of town, becoming a priest in training. In some way or another Jacob realized over time he had some kind of magical powers and with the yearning to his older brother he was foolish enough to somehow manage to cast a spell. It made Jackson return home, though he was different. The spell was cast wrong, making him obedient and loyal to his younger brother. As he was unable to fight this Jacob pushed him away and bitter about that he left their home, never to return again.

Overcome with sadness Jacob left home as well, deciding to become a wandering priest, aimlessly travelling through America. Unaware to him his brother was unable to die or grow old as a sideeffect from his spell. Since Jacob himself was not aging anymore either and he was aimlessly travelling around without paying too much attention to time flowing by he lost track of it, not knowing that a few centuries had already passed.
