The Adoptive brother of Piotr.

A Nöck and son of the king of the seas that was caughed as a young child by Piotr's father and with Piotrs help got his memories erased, believing he is human.

Together with Piotr he rebelled against Vadin later on, leaving home and ultimately becoming FBI agents. Owen is a happy-go-lucky guy that isn't really too fond of boring tasks, loving to experience lively and interesting things. He doesn't undeerstand why he isn't allowed to be close to natural bodies of water though. Stormy and rainy day/nights make him feel all weird inside.
