Charlotte is the 16 y/o younger sister to Alice Maria De Santos and the youngest child of Vermont and Maria De Santos. Charlotte is known to be stuck up, spoiled and rude. Nothing like her spoiled sweet older sister. She often teases the other younger girls because they are poorer then her. Even though she is a stuck up girly girl she has an interest in masonry and the stuff Matilda does. She is very sweet to the people she likes/and or respects, even if they are the people she would be rude to. All in all she is very misunderstood and just wants to be loved.
