He is usually found basking in the sunshine, usually in or around flowerbeds, and is often peppered with pollen. He's about 24 inches long, including his tail. He eats a variety of bugs and small mammals, but he also enjoys the taste of nectar so you might find him with his face buried in a flowerhead. His tongue is long and forked. The red soles of his feet are covered in microscopic setae like gecko feet, so he can scale and cling to most surfaces. His tail is prehensile and he can drop it to confuse predators if needed, but luckily it's never come to that before! His wings are vestigial and do not enable him to fly, but he's so quick on his feet that it doesn't get him down.
