Tumult is my superhero with the ability to amplify and duplicate sound. He can create cacophonies to disrupt concentration, psychic waves, and create sonic bursts. Though he can control existing sound, he can't create it from nothing. He's currently practising to see if he can snuff sounds as well, but it leaves him weak and disoriented.
