Tolamis Chamberlain

A former knight and Gyr's childhood friend, Tolamis fit the knightly label a little too well. Despite being the younger of the two, Tolamis often worried over Gyr. When Gyr finally found a prince, Tolamis worried about this new man, fearing that his intentions may not have been the best for Gyr, and unfortunately, he was proven right. Tolamis fought for Gyr, only to lose an arm in the process and to learn after he came to that Gyr was dead, missing, and the prince was still alive.

Since then, Tolamis has retired as a knight, ashamed that he could not protect his most important friend. He was both relieved and devastated to reunite with Gyr a year later, given his new form. He soon learns that Dazzler was the one who helped him, and is offered an upgraded prosthesis that he is still adjusting to. He is also hired as the park landscaper, which he's not very good at, but he tries.

Tolamis is socially awkward, not knowing much about common trends. He tends to say very tone deaf and strange things without realizing and tends to embarrass himself. Though he was a knight, his intent is not always for the greater good, but rather for the good of Gyr, as he gets the last word with his scheming ex.
