JadeING's TOS for Adopts
- Adopts that are bought with in-game currency must not be sold for real currency.
- Reselling for a higher price is not allowed, unless the character has received extra art.
- My credit and/or the reference image I made for the character must not be removed.
- The design must not be changed in an extreme way. Adding small things like accessoires/clothing/scars and such are fine.
- The Reference Image may only be used on Toyhou.se and needs to stay there. It may not be used off-site or removed from Toyhou.se.
JadeING's TOS for (bought) Art
- TOS count for art received from me through requests, art trades, gifts or commissions.
- The art bought/received from me may not be altered or edited in any way.
- The credit must not be removed.
- The bought art may not be used on any other site that is not Toyhou.se.
- You may not trace over my art or call it your work
Not following any of these points will ban you from any chance of getting art/adopts from me in the future.
