Billy

Billy is your typical entitled kid, doing drastic when he doesn't get his way. Once he sets his eyes on something, he won't accept no for an answer. He smashes everything, screams, and throws a tantrum. He also says he 'hates everybody' and tries to be cool. He claims he has a gang that'll beat you up if you make him angry but that doesn't seem like a valid concern. Recently he's been trying to act better, but it's a work in progress.

He's been with his mother (and sometimes father) all his life. He has a bunch of half-siblings, as well as an older sister in Lilypad. He's actually here because he decided he was bored, and he didn't like his chores. He hitchhiked all the way to the train station and somehow managed to sneak his way on, with his mom's purse and just enough money to buy himself a ticket... Now he's here, and he's here to stay. For now.
