One who is void from any gender entirely, and may feel a loss or lack of gender.
Inersgender/Anvisgender
One who is too lazy/apathetic to care about their gender. Iners, literally meaning lazy, can be considered negative, so anvis (lack of energy) is an alternative.
Genderfluid
One whose gender fluctuates between different identities.
Genderflux
One who fluctuates between agender and another gender.
Cryptogender
One whose gender cannot be discerned or described.
Genderpunk
One who makes an effort to mock traditional gender roles/presentation.
Butch
One who has an appearance or other qualities of a type traditionally seen as masculine.
Anoboy
One whose gender fades in and out, but always returns male.
Anogirl
One whose gender fades in and out, but always returns female.
Hemiboy
One who identifies as half male, half another gender that may or may not be defined.
Hemigirl
One who identifies as half female, half another gender that may or may not be defined.
Demiagender
One who identifies partially as agender, partially as another gender that may or may not be defined.
Demiboy
