She is from an age of mankind where we finally manage to "unify" the living people with a certain level of consciousness, the word race or species doesn't really have meaning because people are all a bit unique, however there still has some "classification", take this like the color of a rainbow, you have some defined colors, like blue or green, but between those you have an infinite amount of colors!

There is a lot of stuff that changed during the design of Nubialu, first his original color was a bit like in the frost desert version, but have a red blood color instead of the blue one, she didn't have those little maks and... she wasn't supposed to have that glowing fur on her (yes I really like glowing things) I also wanted to add some cloth but... Obviously, she can choose whatever color she wants.

She is some kind of women justiciary form a planet named Glanka, some kind of desertic planet where the temperature is extreme (it wasn't habitable during a long period), she is also a mother of 2 kids, Jorlan and Cirya where she would give her life for them, she adds a dark period after the death of her husband, she was so down that she was going to resort to the local prostitution of that age (a lot of things as probably changed) to earn money and raise her childs like it they deserved. But when she saw her first client, she was furious at a point that she killed defigured the head of that guy. At that moment the "client" praised her to stop and that he would be ok to give all the money he had on him, that she looks and, escaped quickly as she can.
