Personality
Toki is an honest person and always speaks his mind. Sometimes he speaks without thinking first, which can cause him trouble sometimes. He seems very open-minded and talks alot, but he often tries to compensate his insecureness. If he's not feeling well, he flakes out into a safe space, like mostly his own room and listens to his music as loud as possible.

Appearance
68kg sporty Toki has neck long fluffy hair. It just falls as it is, so he is lucky with a perfect out of bed look. He prefers to wear warm, bright and vibrant colors that remind of summer (orange, yellow, pink or light blue), hoodies and things with pockets, so he can put his music player in it. You also never see him without his blue headphones around his neck (or on his ears). His style is comfy and hip - just right for the skaterboy he is. Jeans, Chinos, Shorts, print shirts and colorful socks can be found in his wardrobe as well. He wears formal wear only if needed. He actually likes how he looks in it, but is somewhat shy to show him off with it. Toki loves sneakers of any kind, but his hi-top converse are his favorite.
His body is quite sporty, so his muscles are somewhat defined. He gets tanned super easily, so his skin tone is a bit darker during summer. His walk is very chill, sometimes with hands in his pockets. Toki also often has his hands / arms behind his head. His basic expression is a happy and friendly smile even if he feels different. Toki therefore is good in hiding how he really feels and doesn't show too many different emotions in public.

There is no need of being jealous of Toki's amount of powers. Because it's anything but easy mastering so many different tangs at once. That's one of the reasons he sucks at half of them :D
A dream wanderer is able to dive into other people's dreams while they sleep. It functions on various ways. Some need to touch the person in question, others just need to think about them and roughly know where they are. In another ones dream, they can mostly do as they please, depending on the dreamer and the dream itself. The dreamer might or might not remember what happened. This tang is also in a close combination with dematerialization. If you're able of both skills, you can transform your physical body in the dreamer's mind, too. This will stop your physical body from being harmed, but is connected to the harm the dreaming person gets. Otherwise your normal body will remain uncautious and unprotected. It's Toki's best mastered skill so far and he can even bypass a basic sleep seclusion.
Dematerialization can also be done unindependently and comes in two different forms. In the unbound state the so called "Dematter" can dissolve themselves for some seconds and appear at a different place. The distance depends on the user's strength and can reach from centimeters to few kilometers (very seldom though!). Also appearing in different "dimensions", like dreams or illusions, is possible. There is also the bound version, where the user can make their body permeable, so that physical impacts have no effect. The duration depends on the user's power as well. They can move around like this, but it's not possible to combine both variants. Toki has the unbound version.
Electricity is one of the elements. The so called "Elementer" can use an element in two ways. "Inner" Elementer have the element in their body and can use it to transport it to the surface. E.g. coming out from the hands or the whole body. "Outer" Elementer can control anything related to their element in the close proximity. Usually an Elementer comes with both skill variants. With the element electricity comes the power to generate and control lightnings, any kind of electricity and volt. The color of Toki's electricity is blue! Also he has a huge power potential here that he still needs to bring under control properly.
As illusionist you can create phantasms for other people. This can be anything from making or changing simple objects and persons over and more complex situations to extensive meshs covering even areal distances. Excellent users from this tang can even add an own set of rules and define how and on whom their constructs will function.
An illusion is not bound to time, but the longer it has to be kept up the more power it takes from the illusionist. Otherwise it will fade. Sometimes more illusionists work together to create huge and complex phantasms. Toki can currently create small, weak and not long-lasting illusions from simple objects or things like plants only.

Some could be jealous, if they heard about all of Toki's powers. But it's everything but easy mastering so many things at once. That's why his tang controlling rank is only Z, wich is the second worst. Being a "Haigo" with such a skill combination isn't very common either: His father brought the electricity genes, his mother is from a prestigious illusionist family, specialized in dream wandering. The dematerializing is just a nice side effect from that. No wonder that Toki sometimes goes crazy, not being able to distinguish dream from reality, delusion from truth.
He attends class A.3 and likes all agile subjects, cause he likes sports and movement in general. Theoretical lessons, however, are not to his liking at all. It's just very boring for him, to sit around and having to listen to stuff, he has heard over and over. Nevertheless, his grades are a good average.

Tokis nature and interests are not easily to comprehend, cause they're so diverse. His biggest hobby is skating and he is very good at it. For competitors it will be hard to do the same as him! He likes to party all night, but loves being for himself, too. He's a sporty guy, but loves fatty unhealthy food like pizza and burger. Nights are preferred over the daytime and if you can surprise Toki, he will be happy. He also loves to surprise other people, cause he thinks, doing something nice, they don't think of, makes them happy. If he'd have a love interest, it would be the type of "best friend", who you can do everything with.
He gets bored easily, but it's very unobvious, cause there's always something to do for him. One thing he really can't stand is absolute silence. That's maybe the reason you almost never see him without his big blue headphones, so he can listen to songs, wherever he is and whenever he wants. If he would lend his ipod to you, you'd get to hear some rock, nu metal and hardcore bands. And if you're not up for funny, spontaneous things, you won't get along with him. Also, Toki is not very patient. If something takes too long or doesn't move forward, he gets annoyed easily.
Toki is an only-child, but has a good compensation, since he knows Hana since she was born and Ryota from middle school. His best friend Ryo is his best enemy at once and they regularly lock horns with each other. Hana calls him Tokkun or Tok-chan when no one else is around and to him she is like the little sister, he never had, but also a very valuable and precious friend.
