Tzefira

A witch!

While other Starweavers are happy to live in their neutral cities high above the squabbling of others, Tzefira has chosen to live in isolation in the lower lands. She still retains the typical StarWeaver neutrality though, and many seek her out in her remote home to ask for advice or insight into matters both trivial and large.She is also sought after for the spells and magical items she sells, along with the unusually eager looking to learn certain magic from her. Her vast knowledge along with her unflappable calm makes her seem much older and wiser than she appears...

Above all Tzefira demands respect. If one should slight her in any fashion, she can become quite petty. The one who should cross her would truly know what it means for someone to be a witch!
