A young triton who wanders the land, looking for information on magic for reasons he seems reserved to talk about. While persistent in this goal, he is also often wont to help others however he can, being no stranger to the occasional scuffle for what's right. Sadly, the nature of his wild magic causes him to have the occasional mishap, anything from the occasional mess to a minor catastrophe. |

In a quiet, secret magic research town known as Ashly, Valos was born to Maren, a powerful triton wizard who was one of the head researchers. While Maren possessed incredible magic capabilities, Valos was somehow incapable magic, even the innate magical capabilities of his kind were absent from him. Still, he was loved by his mother, and often worked as her assistant and bookkeeper. Valos was content with his relatively normal and quiet life, but unfortunately it was not to last. One night while he was going about his business, some unknown calamity struck, leaving him to suddenly find himself underwater, alone, and very, very magical. When he found his way back home, he only found ruins of it, all cut up into odd, angular ways, unlike anything he had ever seen. More importantly, he found no trace of anyone else, and no clues as to the nature of what destroyed his family an home. Valos now travels on his own in search of something, anything, that could hint at what had happened, hoping all the while he could potentially reverse it, or at least try and reunite his friends and family. |
