ADOPTABLE/ORIGINAL DESIGN RULES (alt here)
- Payment must be made via PayPal Goods & Services, I can hold designs for money for 1 (one) week, and art for 2 (two) weeks, unless we have discussed.
- I am entitled to decline to sell to you with or without explanation.
- Please ask permission before posting my art to other platforms. I ALWAYS provide a toyhouse profile for my designs, if you do not have a profile I will keep the design in a Sold folder, and should you rehome the design please come to me to see if the new owner wants the original toyhouse profile.
YOU MUST
- Credit me for the art/design.
YOU CAN
- Post to other sites if permission has been granted, providing you credit me as the artist/designer.
- Watermark the art after purchasing.
- Use as a sona/mascot/other personal purposes.
- Make MINOR design changes.
- Resell for what you originally purchased, or that + commissioned art worth.
YOU CANNOT
- Edit my artwork other than add a watermark.
- Claim the artwork/design as your own/by anyone other than me.
- Resell for more than purchased without additional commissioned art.
- Use for commercial purposes.
- Make MAJOR changes to the point the design is unrecognisable. If you wish to do this, talk to me first.
- Turn any of my art/designs into NFTs
