i really love how the nene trademark is basically the unspoken rule that he always does his hair up in some way, it really adds to his charm :D
Oh my gosh, yes!! I completely agree. =D I think Nene looks too cute with his hair up in any style. I need to draw him in twin tails or some kind of braided updo next. I very briefly considered bringing back his hair loops to match with Tomo again, but I like his current hairstyle a lot, and I think it just works better when Nene and Tomo have their own distinctive styles.
aaaaaAAAAAH YES <3 nene probs does it all himself after his youth when mama nana would do his hair. i can see him proudly strutting around with the most eccentric hairstyles while still practicing. XD omg the fruit loops, totally. it was always a battle with his iconic loops, i always wanted to get rid of them for a more menhera fit hairstyle, but his loops always juuust barely made the cut. i haaated them, but they were amazing. finally at the very end i said goodbye. and then freaking TOMO happened. XD
