Cecaelia

Water elemental in the form of an octopus woman. She can float in the air and moves with jellyfish like motions, but just for show because she actually controls air/water currents with magic. She loves to meet humans and deal to them what they need. She doesn't explicitly seduce men, but will vaguely flirt with them, and if they respond too forwardly like they don't respect beautiful women, she kills them. However, her flirting with women is out of genuine love and interest.
