For the most part Kino can be described as kind, shy and patient. Anyone who knows him will know that they have a friend who will threaten to murder someone over a mild inconvenience. But - he has a viciously hard time opening up to others. This Nomad spends most of his days in his garden or with an abundance of animals he rescues and cares for. Would rather spend all his days with furry and scaled companions then meet new people or others of his own species.

Kino, can, however be very competitive. Boisterous even, when in the right company. Others that he feels comfortable (confident) around he will do stunningly stupid dares, challenge everyone to a fight and say more words in that one night then he might have said to a single person that entire month. On any other given day you might see him out in public with his head down, face obscured by his bandanna, and eyes cast away from making any direct contact with anyone else. He spends a lot of his free time playing video games. Despite this fact; as an Officer he puts on a brave front. In the line of duty, and with anyone he might be doing missions with, would describe him as a very outgoing Nomad. He takes his job of upholding The Rules very seriously.
