Seemingly blessed with an unflappable calmness, people who pray to her consider her to be a lovely and graceful deity. More often than not, this same 'graceful' deity is sprawled out in a somewhat ladylike manner over a chair or chaise in her shrine or a certain library. The face she shows to the word is not the same those close to her might see, stoic god vs. living creature with faults of her own.

HISTORY ||

While being created, there was a disagreement over her role and through it both her and her twin Vasilios were born. Though meant to be only one being, they were now two. She and her twin brother are much closer than normal siblings, and their personalities and desires differ greatly when they are together than when they are apart. Once she was ready to assume her role and the twins were parted, she became very closed off from the world. Without her brother's love she grew a little bitter about the things she had seen people do, and how they treated each other. Though she has a main shrine that she calls home, her role takes her all over the world, spying from mirrors or simply walking among the people. Through her travels she has made a few friends that she visits regularly, respites from the prayers.

THREAD ||

Commonly associated with the "Red String of Fate" (姻缘红线 and the lunar god Yuè Lǎo), and therefore marriage or romance, though she has little interest in either. Her threads are important in repairing and identifying destinies, but are broader than simply "true love". They bind encounters, adventures, friends and family. They are bonds that can be broken or passed by, final steps in a journey or simply a possibility. The threads are not definite, and can fade or fray at the edges if fate is unsatisfied with the outcome. 

She is often prayed to by lovers seeking their threads, or hoping for their threads to be tied to a current object of affection. While she investigates the validity of most prayers, she is unlikely to take action. Actually a closeted romantic who wants to see everyone with a happy ending but knows it is unrealistic.

• Her untied threads can double as a weapon, acting like razor wire. 
• She can't sew. But she can tie a mean knot. Boy scouts watch out.
• Brings her friends gifts from her travels, but has very few material items of her own. She is possessive of her memories and relationships instead.
