Phoebe Leone

Phoebe Leone was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. She lived a lower middle class lifestyle until Katrina hit. She was at a friend's house at the time with her younger sister, Melanie, and her parents ended up dying. The two girls were put into the foster care system and were fostered separately. Phoebe was taken "care" of by a redneck family north of New Orleans in an all white neighborhood. The family was midly middle class but only used Phoebe for the money, treating her with no respect and making her do all the dirty work in their house full of foster kids. She was bullied by her white foster siblings to the point of isolation, low self esteem and depression but there was no place to run. She had no friends at school and even the teachers treated her wrong. What could she do?

Until she turned 16 she was stuck in that house, than her sister came to her. She said she killed her foster parents and that Phoebe should to. And Phoebe listened. She killed her foster parents and siblings with no remorse, smiling as they died. The girls stayed on the run for a while then. They were luckily picked up by an organization by the name of Black Swan. Black Swan sets out to get justice legally in the court rooms for victims of police brutality and hate crimes. The girls are hired for the organizations hidden agenda, dish out retribution to the people who get off on these crimes. The reason why the girls are hired is because their foster families were part of a larger plan to dissociate blacks from black culture and wanted to reinstall the slave mentality.
