- Tongue is long, slimey and can be either gold or dark teal
- Blood is commonly dark teal
- Spikes raise from resting position when threatened or feeling any intense emtion
- Mouth can unhinge, similar to a snake
- Has retractable teeth
- Claws are a hollow, but sturdy type of golden keratin
