Profile

Tully's family keeps a seat on the Spring and Autumn Courts, having massive power even among the fey. Tully grew up in this space ungrateful and cold, reluctantly doing as he was meant to, and acting out whenever he could. In his adolescence, he developed a powerful bloodlust that was much even for the hedonistic ways of satyrs in the feywild. While toying with mortals within the rules of the fey was always fair game, he would slaughter mortals and fey alike with no concern for the laws the fey.

This, however, was only a concern while sober, as a satyr, especially a wealthy and important one, Tully revelled in drink and sex and parties and any form of debauchery he could access. While intoxicated, Tully is delightful to be around. He is still chaotic and destructive, but in a way understood by his kind, as deaths during fey parties are signs of a great party rather than a bad time. You know what they say, it's not a satyr party until at least 10 people have died. Tully's parties were always talk of the town, and when he was intoxicated you couldn't ask for a better bro. He made many oath and blood brothers from ragers, and was almost never not partying with them.

Despite his more mass murderous tendencies while sober, his ability to go on benders and throw unforgettable parties made up for his unsightly behaviors, especially now that his sober self was little to be seen, and so he quickly became a viable heir to his family's seat in the court. This meant learning the ways of nobility, training as a noble satyr battle dancer, and a marriage to continue the fey lines and unite his house with another fey court. Unfortunately for him, all these duties tended to be a bit sobering, and took him away from his life of partying that kept him ever intoxicated. Another unfortunate turn of events, while having a satyr partner would never have him far from wine or drugs, this was a political marriage, and as Tully was in the unique position of being from both the Spring and Autumn courts, his partner would have the unique position of being in both the Winter and Summer courts. He was set to marry a sprite with this unique heritage to join the fey courts together in a strong alliance.

During a sober streak, he would meet his bride to be. She was a pixie with redcap and sylph blood named Cricket Redflower. Being of redcap heritage, she understood Tully's bloodlust and was surprisingly accommodating to his needs. All things considered, it could be a lot worse for him. Unfortunately for Cricket, satyr culture contained a major dealbreaker. Cricket loved women and women exclusively, but satyrs had no real care for gender or sexuality really beyond the need to enjoy themselves, procreation would eventually just happen regardless and there was forms of fey magic to help where it might not. It's not that Cricket could never love or marry Tully, but that Tully, as a satyr, refused to make a decision on his alignment on a scale he didn't understand. This was her dealbreaker, but as a political marriage, love was never meant to be a factor. Between Cricket's sexuality and Tully's drive for nonstop hedonism, they'd agreed to postpone the marriage. With a bit of Cricket's help sobering him up, Tully went on a rampage like never before, and Cricket would use his behaviors to preach to the more good-aligned courts of the fey that he needed some time to come into himself as a satyr before the marriage, to leave the feywild and come back a new man. The courts would allow it, if he agreed to return and marry her within 50 years. Tully agreed and left the realm of Faerie with no plans to ever return. Should he do so, his duties to court awaited him.

Since then, maybe 15-20 years ago, Tully has gone on many a bender, with his longest sober streak being a month, and left a town riddled with dead. His latest bender has lasted nearly 6 months, and ended recently with him blacking out drunk.
