loto's shopkeeper and literal host formed by pink chrysanthemums. florentine was supposedly led astray by a duende as a child and got infected by aphids, causing her abilities to become incredibly unstable. one flare-up would lead to an abandoned storefront becoming loto after she was overwhelmed, and while she did root herself and stabilise her abilities, she can't leave without the entire shop disappearing!
flo likes to give up, but her optimism and genuine love for the shop make up for her quitter attitude
