A ranchhand from California who was accused of stealing a witch's prized hog. Fantasma was innocent, but the witch wouldn't believe that and cursed them to live forever. That worked out fine for a few years until Fantasma lost their head in a grisly railroad accident and survived.

Now, mounted atop their ghostly steed, Rosie, with a pumpkin mounted atop their neck, they wander around looking for a good hoedown, unintentionally scaring away anyone they come accross. They eventually become something of an urban legend, The Headless Cowgirl of Tuckered Out Gulch. They won't cross over railroad tracks, still haunted by their accident.
