A bassist without a band and more free time than money in his pocket, Tier is out trying to find his place in the world and hoping to make it big in the process. Tier has moved all around the country for several years, never staying in one place for long. He turned up outside Oasis Apartments busking for money and has managed to make several friends who help keep him from living off the streets.
