Phantom

Another wonderful adopt by SnowScales, as sadly I am addicted to their dragon/creature designs. Oops.

I haven't thought up more backstory/context for this lovey yet because I really want to make it cool. But I thought the name Phantom fit nicely so now that he has a name I can upload him at least.
