Lu'shan

Lu'shan is a wyvern! He's named after Lucian of Simosata.

"But my lying is far more honest than [the philosophers’], for though I tell the truth in nothing else, I shall at least be truthful in saying that I am a liar."

I tried making all of my attacks I made in France for artfight this year fit to one song, and this lead to a brief chain of space-named attacks. Hence Lu'shan is from space! Specifically Mercury. Obviously Mercury is both a planet and a roman god, and that reminded me of the Vera Historia! 

The first (known) work of science fiction, which includes a Roman warship flying to the moon, and an island made of cheese, and a fish-war inside a whale. And yes, this fits very well with the personality idea I have for Lu! A playful talkative friendly bro who is more than happy to lie about things to bring entertainment to others. Fun is his priority. He can be serious, but when he is serious... it's still going to come across as a joke, much like the Vera! He'd much rather make satire and jokes for his point, not just tell it seriously. 

It also fits well with Mercury, as Mercury was the god (among LOADS of other things) of liars and quick talkers and so on.
