Multi-lingual
Rudolph, just like Santa Clause and everyone else up at the North Pole, is fluent in ever language both spoken and non-verbal, which means he knows sign languages as well! This is a skill which is acquired by all young reindeer who aspire to be on Santa's sleigh team when they attend school and Rudolph is no exception! This is a skill which comes in handy all the time and one which Rudolph frequently practices so that he never gets rusty with a language.

Glowing Red Nose
This ability allows him to easily light up dark areas and is exceptionally helpful during stormy or foggy nights. Though this skill is only usuable when he is in his reindeer form, when Rudolph is in his human form, his nose does have a tendency to become brightly flushed whenever he becomes embarassed or flustered.

Age Appearance Fluctuation
Unlike the other reindeer on Santa's team who are fully-fledged adults and only able to assume adult human forms that are comparable to their age, Rudolph is a much younger reindeer and is thus able to go out into the world and choose an age he'd like to be. He can appear to be anything from a young child to a 25 year old young adult.

Emissary Powers
As one of Santa's reindeer, Rudolph was given several magical abilities, one of them being the ability to turn worthy individuals into emissaries. In turning an individual into one of his emissaries, Rudolph will give them just enough magic to mark them as his envoy. Each reindeer has their own distinctive mark and Rudolph's is, unsurprisingly, his glowing red nose.
