About

Mirella is a silent, headstrong person, who knows a lot about herbs and poisons. She mostly keeps this knowledge to herself and likes to learn even more about it. Apart from poisons, she also loves crafting soaps from herbs, honey and milk, that's why she started working in a small soapstore which focusses on selling handmade soaps and bathing-products. When she got invited to "Witches Brew", she happily sold the house she inherited from her 'father' and moved to a small shared flat with other witches-to-be.

Childhood & Family-Issues

Raised by a single-mother, the most important person in Mirellas life has always been her mom Giulia. When Mirella was 12, her mother married a man, who also adopted Mirella so they were a perfect family - at least on paper. Sadly, the man who's name was Matteo, seemed to change completely after the marriage. He forced her mother to stay home and do the housework, didn't allow his wife to take a job and even though Giulia became pregnant twice, she had miscarriages which he blamed completely on her. Meanwhile Mirella had a hard time at school with this kind of chaos at home, but wasn't able to do much since she was just a child and not self-secure enough to speak up to anybody about this. When she turned 16, her mother became ill and few days after Mirella's 17th birthday, she passed away leaving her daughter behind with Matteo. From that day on, Mirella's life became even worse since Matteo made her do all the tasks Giulia did before like his personal maid. Mirella helped her mother before her death but doing everything on her own now and still keeping up with school was hard enough - but Matteo made it even more difficult for the girl when he started touching her without consent and definitely not in a fatherly way. Learning about herbs in her biology class, Mirella mixed a poison which she served to Matteo mixed into his morning-coffee so she luckily got rid of his torture after all those years. Since the poison was unverifiable after 48 hours, all Mirella had to do was spend two days with friends from school and call the police in well-acted despair when she came back home and 'discovered' the corpse of her stepdad. The best thing for her was, that Matteo didn't have other relatives and she as his daughter inherited his money and the house.

Friends and More

Vice is an exception on many levels. Thanks to Matteo, Mirellas deep-rooted distrust for men makes her keep a safe distance to almost any male person. But she starts questioning that decision, once she gets to know Vice, who is nothing like he seems at first sight. Oddly this is the first time she starts to become more interested in a man than in studying for upcoming tests, examina and trials...
