cho is sweet and soft spoken, but when threatened or in danger she can be brave. Gentle and kindhearted, Echo cares about any species(mainly marine) and will help anyone in need, She even saves humans from drowning whenever she can. 

SCP AU: Echo is housed in a large seawater tank filled with living coral, fish, and other marine life. She is to be kept in slight darkness and bright lights should be disused do to her sensitive eyes. She refuses to eat most of the time due to the stress of being contained and refuses to talk as well. Certain people have gotten her trust and she speaks freely to them as much as she wishes..

Any other AU:Echo is mainly found around caves along the sea line or sitting on rocks at midnight, singing into the night. If you do approach her, be wary cause she is very skittish, but approached carefully she is very friendly.
