Felicity was born a member of the thieves guild, always more keen on nurturing than the acts they were trained to carry out, though she also had quite the ear for incoming information and gossip.  When she wasn't being trained for intel missions, she was often helping to take care of her brother.  When she came of age, she knew she didn't want to stay with the guild.  When she expressed this to her brother, she expected he would be devastated, but in fact he chose to leave the guild behind with her.  The pair went to live at Granny's for a bit until they were back on their feet.

Then one day, Ciar didn't return.  When she found out he'd been arrested (via a letter), she was furious and hurt.  She wrote back, expressing her anger, and refused to even look at his messages for a couple of months.  That only lasted so long though, and she began looking forward to his letters and writing her own responses.  While he was in jail, Felicity had moved to Bioyimo and began picking up some tech skills, before finally moving to Gacru to assist her brother in his new bounty hunting endeavors.

Though occasionally she will help set up traps or hack information, she mostly deals in, once more, information and rumours.  However, she would really like to set up a rehabilitation situation for criminals, being greatly inspired by guild granny.
