Copper

Rusty is a mechanic. He lives in the lower level of Uto, fixing anything from vehicles to household appliances. If someone's willing to pay, he's willing to fix. He has a knack for taking things apart and putting them back together, and despite his size he's very dextrous and nimble with his hands.

He loves to go drinking in the evening, and often to meet up with friends. He has found a small family with a group of crooks, including AJ and Bigby. He was also an old friend of Jasper's, but hasn't seen him since the banishment.
