Cassie is Gabriel's younger twin sister. She's the red oni to his blue... sort of.

Cassie's primary motivation is always doing the thing she considers most fun. It's easy to persuade her to do moral things in really extreme situations - you can't have fun anymore if there's no Earth to have fun on, and there's far less fun if there's fewer people to have sex with, etc. She is probably the worst liar on Earth, excluding 2 year olds. 

Cassie is 16. Depending on the context, she's either from Bristol (Southern England) or Pennsylvania. Both of which have 16 as age of consent. Cassie is Jewish, although she is very on-and-off with whether she practices; as soon as it gets in the way of her fun, she stops...

Cassie has two dads. Biologically, Gabe and Cass have different dads but the same mum. This is why their power sets are so different.

Cass is a super-strong shape-shifter. Cass's shape-shifting is limited to humanoids and creatures with roughly her size and mass (eg she could turn into a large dog, but not into a pigeon; she can turn into someone a little taller than her, but she can't turn into Dwayne Johnson... etc.). It also comes with lots of side-effects - her strength is one of these - where she can use shape-shifting to imitate other powers. She can fly by shape-shifting wings onto her back, she can heal herself by shape-shifting wounds closed, she can slice things open by shifting claws onto her hands... etc. Her skin is also hyper-durable, thanks to this sneaky shape-shifting, and she rarely bothers to drop this. She can copy people's voices by just shape-shifting her vocal chords and mouth. There's lots of applications for this. 

Technically she's XY, not XX, but thanks to her shape-shifting, and not having a proper default form (instead just shifting into a form that she feels comfortable looking like by default), she's completely unaware of this too. It's better to think of her as intersex than trans, although either description would be accurate, especially given she copies the whole body when she shape-shifts. She knows some very awkward information about a lot of people. Due to how terrible she is at lying, she has approximately no chance of being believed as someone else as soon as she talks and her brother says she's wasting her powers by not learning how to act. 

Cassie is really pretty. She's aware of this. She's meant to be really really popular at school, and the sort of girl that no one cares she's promiscuous, because she's that popular. She blends in perfectly with the popular crowd, and she cares quite a lot about maintaining this because you get to go to more parties and so on if you're popular... The only thing she ever does to lower her popularity is stop people beating up her twin brother because "He's my dork to beat up." They get along really, but she knows it helps her image to act as if they don't.
