Erebus

Erebus is the god of chaos, and he lives up to that name. He's crazy and craves chaos, stoking any flame he can. He love to annoy other gods and immortals, particularly Curio, who's terrified of him. Due to being an artificially created god, rather then one created by the universe's will, he has unimaginable power, and with that, he loves to wreak things. He dislikes killing people, as you can't mess with people's heads when they're dead, but he does like possessing people to punch each other, cast illusions to make people think either they or their homes are on fire, that dragons are attacking them, etc. He's cruel and cunning, but outwardly has a jerky yet charismatic personality and can sway people into trusting him fairly easily. He likes to joke and make sarcastic comments, as well as bash on other gods for being "weak" compared to him. Due to the presence of Curio's blood in him, he has an inclination to creating life, but his own twisted version of life. He can also control Curio, almost like a puppet, hence why Curio is scared of him. He has Curio's blood, but also dark magic, thus allowing him to control Curio's actions if he's within a certain radius of the god of life. He's taken him over plenty of times, forcing him to fight his sister, get stabbed, and sometimes just to shut him up. His best friend is the god of Mischief, Loki, who freed him from his prison the first time Blade and Curio locked him away.

Slightly less bad of a dad then Curio

Erebus is a large dark green viscet, with tall twisted horns, reminiscent of thorny brambles, and a leafy tail with a venus fly trap like mouth. He shares Curio and Blade's clock like tail markings, yet his are out of order, and scrambled. His most prominent connections to Curio are his golden eyes, the color of Curio's blood, and the flowers which sprout from his cheeks and legs, which resemble white and gold lotuses, a flower commonly connected to everlasting life.

Erebus was created a long time ago, in a dark cave in the middle of the bog, a cult ritual to see if they could create a god from the bones of a deer and a viscet, a drop of Curio's blood, and various other random things. Before this commenced, a mage named Janus killed himself, thinking he'd become the god they'd raise. Really nothing went right, at least for the mages. Erebus was born, the soul of Janus reduced to a ever hungry monster, to atone for his hunger for power, and to always be stuck with the god he wished to become, as Erebus's tail. The young god attacked the mages, leaving them to explore the big new world on his own. Curio and Blade tried to accept him into the pantheon of gods, but the young and unruly god got to crazy, terrifying mortals and teasing Curio and the other immortals until he broke their trust completely. He kidnapped Orpheus's mother, locking her away in his own twisted dimension, along with a few other 'cets. He possessed Curio, forcing him to fight Blade until he realized that the two, being perfect opposites, could not hurt one another. He took on both at once, falling to his own foolishness. Curio and Blade sealed him in stone, turning the god into a statue and using Curio's blood to bind the spell. For years Erebus was trapped in a dimension of his own creation. A dark, grey empty place where Erebus had no power. He eventually regained his magic slowly, creating beasts, castles, and dungeons in his bleak grey world. After Loki, god of Mischief, got bored of the peace and serenity of the dimension, he studied to figure out how to free the imprisoned god. Few knew of Erebus's kin, viscets whose eggs had been corrupted by Erebus's touch and who shared some of his tendencies. The Evil King who imprisoned Curio was one of Erebus's great great great great grand kin, and after that incident, Curio wanted to check on the stone god, just to make sure he hadn't escaped. He hadn't, but they arrived just in time for Loki to free him, starting Erebus's reign of terror once more, this time with an actual god at his side.
