Dio's Ownership

SPECIAL DESIGN T.0.S  :

1• Once you fully own a design by me, you are allowed to trade, gift or resell it for any price you wish, as long as it’s fair. However, i allow reselling my designs on another sites but my design don't have to be remove from Toyhouse in any case.
If you wanna creat a toyhouse for a previously delete oc from th, you have to give me proof.

2• You may add accessories and pretty much whatever you want to the character. Change sex, gender, name, sexuality, etc.

3• You may change small things on the design such as color and a few patterns. The final product should resemble the original.

4• Do not make similar designs! No siblings or breeding with my designs!

5• Co-owning a design by me is okay, nonetheless you are not allowed to ask for any profit at all. Co-owning must be between friends/partners/etc.

6• If you use the original art created by me as a reference, you MUST credit me.
You can do minor edit/draw over my art but you have to let the original next to it/let the original visible into the toyhouse (uplaod your design as new art (and credit me as well))

7• You can take credit for ownership, but you CANNOT take credit for actually creating a design that I did.

8• Feel free to draw, write and role-play with the character. You can use the character for commercial purposes, but with a credit and I would like you to ask/inform me first...
