Kate is bright and bubbly, but it usually ends up being to the point of her being just plain annoying. She's loud and obnoxious, and doesn't really have an inside voice. Kate loves to embarrass people, and will often LOUDLY announce her friend's secrets whilst in public...that's also the reason why she doesn't have many friends. She tends to be able to find all of the little finicky details in things, but usually ends up not pointing them out to other people. You see, whilst you're still trying to find Waldo on the first page of the book, she's already found Waldo in every Where's Waldo book out there, probably in the span of about 5 minutes.
