Noxi definetly helped him feel a lot more happier being a bit more softer around the edges, not having to be the "gruff and tough" shark stereotype his childhood shaped him to be. He loves her deeply but still is unsure how to go about announcing his feelings. Someone he is very close to.
Totally crushing on Nathaniel, Noxi tends to help him out anytime she can and tends to be happy talking to him the most. She's yet to confess her feelings but goodness she has strong romantic feelings around him and feels a sense of security she doesn't really feel often.
Is it going to take a while to forgive Halland after a good few years of bad blood back in college? For sure; it takes a lot more than words to make your apologies worth it. He doesn't hate the man but he pretty wary of him. Still, he's willing to give a chance... maybe.
They use to be rivals and still lowkey tend to get into scuffs but nothing as harsh as before; ex-rivals when they're younger but grew out of that petty phase. He basically is still trying to make amends for the past to Nautilus.
Probably the most irritatingly intriguing man he met, he loathes when Niclaus goes off and does random shenanigans that endangers his sorry ass but is pretty baffled how he comes out unscathed. He recently just met him so his opinion on him flips from irritation to "he is an alright kid".
Oh how he loves to prod at the shark man, probably the funnest of the bunch to rattle up but god he lowkey can't stand Nathaniel. Is it his internalized fear of sharks- OF COURSE NOT! NO WAY!!
Through the few times he spoken to her, he really respects her dedication and resilence through so much damn shit she had to do. He really hopes to know her more and possibly become friends... lowkey.
She's... very neutral on him. No bad blood not much to write home about, sadly.. She just got to know him recently after meeting him from a trip and finally got to knowing him more constantly.
Nathaniel's assistant with his field research, Charles is quite dedicated to making his higher-up proud of his standalone works.
