Ephemeris Tides

A regular mare who runs an art trade center within Ponyville, she comes from a long line of ponies who specialize in astronomy - as she's the descendant of one of the unicorns who lowered and raised the moon each day before the ceremony for the two Princesses.
She also has a particular love for Princess Luna, the ocean and the night.

This character is a very old one that has some history in some places, mostly known around 2014-2016
