Zaahira

Zaahira is a woman who appears to be in her late twenties, and with an athletic build. She's almost always seen with a red cloak on. Usually with some bracelets on as well, in addition to her necklace, with a shimmering star centered on it.

She's a magic user, although not in a typical sense. Her body cannot directly cast any magic. But, she's able to make use of artifacts and other enchanted items to utilize magic in various ways. The most obvious example being her cloak. It is actually a lot like a bag of holding, though also quite different. She stores a lot of important items inside it, all at a moment's reach. But what is really impressive is she keeps a home inside the cloak. Her home. She can withdraw into the cloak, either alone or with anyone she holds onto. She'll usually find a safe area before doing this. While the cloak is very resilient to all sorts of damage, it'd still end badly if she were to exit it in a dangerous area. No matter how much one shakes or moves the cloak, the interior stays perfectly still.

Zaahira wanders the world, not just in search of magical artifacts, but just to see the world. Get to know the people. As a magic user of some sort, she finds herself crossing paths with other magic users, and does her best to learn from these exchanges. She's also one who managed to find an extended life span, though she's never quite disclosed how it came to be for her. She focuses on the here and now rather than get caught up in all of that.

While she cannot cast magic, she is still capable of enchanting items with a special set up, where any magic comes from other magical items. She can also brew potions, and has set up a lab where she can do both within her cloak, and often works away within the cloak for days at a time if she's particularly interested in creating something specific, wanting to get it just right. Selling her creations also is how she manages to travel the world. She'll sell that which she doesn't need, and there's often times quite a market for her goods.
