"Look, I need to take care of that kid, okay? He needs a family and I'm gonna give it to him."

Roarkar was born and raised in Wrath, being one of the more prominent and powerful figures in the community of Kholero. He was well known for his ability to find nightmares to absorb, along with which ones will last. It was because of how many he found that he became so powerful, a Tier 4 War Paint Demon that was well respected for his tough facade and for teaching the younger generation all he knew. His life in Kholero was simple and he loved living there with the people. It was a peaceful life and he didn't think anyone would change it.

Then one day a stranger came into town. Now strangers were nothing new and he greeted the stranger like any other member of the Kholero community. But this boy, Carakante...he was actually very sweet for a demon. He grew interested in the boy as he helped out around the community a lot more than most other visitors did. Heck, he would be perfect for it, willing to help others and be a part of the community without making anyone mad. Truly, he was perfect for it, yet there seemed to be a bit of sadness around the boy. He spent a lot of time with him, getting to know him and his Impim army that he somehow managed to bring with him for his travels. While they were unruly, he'd take the hits for them and he was impressed he cared for them so much. In the end, however, Carakante had to leave, saying he was trying to find his homeland. Gluttony, according to him. The entire town bid him farewell, but Roarkar couldn't get his mind off of the kid. Why was he kind in a place like Hell? It made no sense. But...he seemed to be genuine. And plus, he got a sad expression on his face whenever he saw a family. So maybe...he just needed someone to care for him? In the end, Roarkar also left his hometown to go find the boy, ending up in Emankor in hopes of finding him. He hasn't found him yet, but he's making a decent living managing his own apartment complex. Being a landlord is tough.

Roarkar is quite caring to those he trusts. He's sociable, yes, and amicable, but he doesn't trust easily and those that do trust him end up being betrayed if they poke at him the wrong way. He's a family man, wanting to care for those under his charge, and he always looks out for those weaker than him. Though to be honest, he doesn't view being violent as a strength, rather, strength comes from working with others and understanding them and their needs. What makes a good leader are those who listen to the people and Roarkar is quite the listener. He can lend a sympathetic ear and a shoulder to cry on, but he himself hides his own emotions, liking the idea that stoicism is a core value to have. Someone has to be the strong one, right? If you do manage to gain his trust, he's quite a good dad and can be funny at times. Expect him to baby you a lot and help out if you need it.
