 [ 1 - OWNERSHIP TRANSFERENCE ]

all designs cannot be resold as is for more than original purchase price!
additional art can be added to the character’s worth if it was paid for in $.
designs made for trades cannot be resold.

( vouchers count as reselling!) 

when transferring ownership of any design, i must be notified directly at the time of the transfer. this should be after the trade takes place, so i know the new owners username. 

when transferring custom corvents (my closed species), i must be notified prior to the trade. 

when transferring a design to an offsite owner who does not use toyhouse, the design‘s toyhouse entry must be transferred back to me to go into my sold folder to avoid fraud. 

[ 2 - EDITING ]

alt hairstyles and clothing are allowed, but no major editing to the design without permission. if you arent sure if its allowed, that means you need to ask. 

changing portions of the design without permission may result in enforcement of my tos. this rule is taken very seriously, so i would advise always asking first! 

do not edit my artwork without permission from me.

[ 3 - CREDITING ]

do not remove/change my creator credit. 

if i give you permission to edit the design heavily, you must add yourself as a designer to the character profile. 

do not reupload the character to toyhouse without speaking to me first. 

[ 4 - BANNED CONTENT ]

do not use my designs for incest / pedophilia / zoophilia.

individuals found to be in possession of this kind of content may be subject to a violation even if the content does not picture my design. my intellectual property is not to be associated with this subject matter, directly or otherwise. 

[ 5 - ENFORCEMENT] 

breaching my terms of service may result in repossession of the design with or without warning. you will not be entitled to a full or partial refund regardless of the character’s value. 

if the violations of my TOS are mild, and isolated incidents, users will likely receive a warning from me prior to any consequences being enforced. 
severe or repeated offenses may incur repossession and blacklisting from future ownership opportunities. 

i reserve the right to use my judgment to determine what constitutes a breach of my T.O.S. and how severe of a consequence is appropriate for the situation. 
rules 1 - 3 are moderated more mildly.
rule 4 is enforced very strictly.
