The Chief of Peculiar Ops. His peculiar ability allows him to summon spirit-like entities which convert his own age into pain. He de-ages by however much time he spends on this ability. For instance, he can de-age by one hour to give an opponent one hour's worth of pain. Due to confidential circumstances, he has currently de-aged as far back as childhood.
