An actual crazy person.
Vera might as well be half-feral. Half the time she is quiet and minds her own business, and the rest of the time she is manic, wild, and out of control.
She was born as a normal fox into a fur farm. Eventually she escaped, but at the loss of her tail. To this day she has still not regained her missing tail, and often she finds this fact shameful.
After escaping the fur farm she was found by an elderly kitsune, one that was in a self imposed exile. While she lived a harsh life with this other kitsune, he taught her the ways of the nogitsune. When she reached her 100th year he even permitted her to undergo a ritual to gain her second tail.
In the end, this life of isolation and living with one person for so long was too hard for Vera, and she ran away. Currently she is homeless and just does what she can to get by. Sometimes she roams the forest, while other times she stalks the city streets looking for scraps and the unwary.
Vera's elemental magic is of the thunder circle, although she is not very well practiced in this field. Due to her upbringing, she feeds not on lust or love, but on fear. She often seeks both these elements (thunder storms and fear), when roaming the land.
Vera is most comfortable in her four legged fox form, and secondarily most comfortable in her anthro form. She can create a human form but cannot maintain it for long.
