alien humanoid from the planet astroyria.
aulkisa is a native of the world called astroyria---a planet which exists largely in darkness, aside from fleeting periods of day and sunlight. a socialist society, the people of astroyria took care of their communities and everyone in them. it wasn't quite a utopia, but it was close enough to it. their strife largely came from outside sources seeking to invade or take advantage of the planet itself. so, kisa didn't leave her planet out of necessity. she left to find her twin, izykisa (called 'izy'), who's been missing since they were one. unbeknownst to kisa, izy had been kidnapped by a corrupt intergalactic adoption agency that effectively relocated the infant to earth, several galaxies away. enter kisa: at age 19, after a year of travel, finally arriving on earth. she learns to adapt and to blend in, all while searching for her sister.
