LIST OF USERS BLACKLISTED FROM OWNING MY DESIGNS:

- All designs are viable to gift/trade/resell freely.
- You may not resell the design for higher than its original price / +commissioned works value, if applicable.
- For personal art to count into the monetary worth, it must match a commission type and set price you have made public beforehand. Fluctuating prices or prices set after the design was obtained will not be counted, and any potential buyer may disregard this price increase.
- If a previous owner has chosen not to add their personal art's monetary value to the design, you may not use it to inflate the design's price/value.
- Gift art and fanart do not count for additional monetary value.
- You are free to alter the design in any way, but the original artwork must be preserved as a separate copy.
- The original artwork will remain my copyright and intellectual property, and I reserve the right to redistribute it to other platforms to promote my works.
